Created a new file RecIT-Project-Details.md that includes:

• What RecIT does: Complete explanation of the reconnaissance automation script
• How it helps: Details on benefits for CEH learners including time savings, comprehensive coverage, and practical exam preparation
• Last commit information: June 27, 2022 - "Updated One Liner" by parthshu18
• All 18 integrated tools with descriptions
• Technical implementation details
