2. Active Simple Page Ordering plugin
3. Now Go to Pages
4. Try to reorder by drag and drop

Note I just tested and was not able to reproduce this. Installed the plugin from GitHub and also tried installing from WordPress.org and in both instances, things worked just fine.

Curious if you're getting any errors in the debug log? Or any console errors?

Thanks @dkotter I have reverify in my local but it is not working. Please check the below video. I think something went wrong with my local.
