[docusaurus-plugin-stored-data] Error loading local files on Windows machines

Hi there! 👋🏻

We're using the docusaurus-plugin-stored-data plugin to load and render some JSON in our docs. Works like a charm!

However, one of my team members encountered this issue when trying to build on his Windows machine:

I haven't examined the plugin code yet, but seems like Windows drive letters are being incorrectly detected as URLs. 🤔

Yeah, I think you're right - it looks like it's getting past this line. I guess this makes sense as a valid URL, so maybe we need to narrow it down to just https? regex.
