Visual Indicator to Press Start to Skip Cutscenes (when Press Start to Skip Cutscenes is enabled)

Title is self-explanatory. Don't know how feasible this is, but I think it'd be nice to have the red start button and possibly some text to indicate "Press Start to Skip" so the player can know what cutscenes are skippable with the Start button with this setting enabled.
