Slack captions are ass, but the idea is we use the OpenAI whisper API (or groks api) to provide better captions.
We can also include fun modes to twist the output. @V3NCO suggested some of these
- australian mode. inverts whatever the user says. if the user says "i love communism" the captions should show "i hate communism" instead
