MVP: WorkSight running on @worksight/common data layer

Goal

Ship a working WorkSight MVP that actually uses @worksight/common types, data, and utils end-to-end (web + API), not just a marketing landing page.

Definition of Done

• pnpm install + type-check + build succeed for common, web, api (exclude or fix broken test typing)
• Web dashboard surfaces employees / tasks / survey / burnout / datasources from @worksight/common
• API imports and returns shapes aligned with @worksight/common types
• Demo path: land → auth/demo → dashboard with real common fixtures
• README matches monorepo reality (Nest API, Next 15, packages)
• Each workstream has a handoff under docs/handoffs/

Non-goals (post-MVP)

• Live Jira/Trello/GitHub/Odoo/Slack connectors (keep mocks)
• Full Supabase auth production hardening
• Perfect VitePress docs site polish
