EcsTesting on OpenUPM

Hi @5argon,

Thanks for making the awesome upm package. I'd like to add this to OpenUPM a public upm registry with automatic build pipelines, that publish semver git tags to upm packages. You can read the announcement to get the basic idea, so far it hosts 90+ packages as of December 2019.

To make it work, would you please

• Create a semver GitHub release based on your package.json version (i.e. v1.0.0 or 1.0.0)
• Add an open source license to claim the right

I also noticed that you have other useful upm packages, you can also add them to the OpenUPM service, once added license and make at least one semver GitHub release.
