Occasionally ARES OS seems to lose any settings that were saved for PyAres devices, planners and analyzers. It is not necessarily a universal loss across all services at once, but we don't really have enough simultaneous services that require settings running on any of our systems yet to know for sure. I've now seen this behavior on the Main ARES OS branch, FC2 and Educational ARES, so it is not just isolated to one system.
This doesn't appear to be a database loss issue, as normal devices retain their settings just fine. I'm wondering if somehow when either ARES OS or the service is restarted something goes wrong when ARES OS is trying to recognize if it has seen the service before and has settings saved for it?
