Bug description

Starting the lsp fails in vscode with the following error.

thread 'tokio-rt-worker' (169008176) has overflowed its stack
fatal runtime error: stack overflow, aborting

Steps to reproduce

cloned the https://github.com/laravel/framework# repo and opened the
CallQueuedListener.php file
