Update courses page to reflect the current curriculum.

This includes:

• Remove HPC6
• Remove HPC3
• Remove HPC5
• Remove SWD4
• Remove SWD5
• Remove SWD7
• Include DataVis

When the Courses page is updated we may include back in the Navigation

Part of these is not necessary as website was moved;
I will let this open as the new website have this same problem

We need to do some updates before the new website is developed.

• Remove not offered courses
• Update Courses information and contents
• Add 2025 Calendar.

I am waiting for @murphyqm to provide me with the Word document so I can transfer it to the Wordpress website
