Redesign general item

The UI of general item message (and many other views as well) must be done differently.
The list of answers must scroll together with the html. The other buttons must be made consist with the ARLearn look and feel. Native iOS components, like the bar at the bottom should not be used.

1. (Game)Icon has to scroll with messages.
2. Description in Choice has to scroll with answers.
3. Check other similar views too (Narrator Item View).
4. Buttons must be made alike Android Design.
5. Remove iOS native UI like toolbar.
