Bug at arussim shutdown #67
Description
When pressing ctrl+c after using ros2 launch arussim arussim_launch.py in the terminal it does not show the text written on it.
I believe is an issue regarding the TimerAction in the launch file. It is always triggered after executing the simulation_launch.py command in ARUSSim.
Please solve before merging #66
