Hello, I work on an app with your glasses, and I accidentally connected the same glasses to two phones.
The Bluetooth ID has therefore been changed from "041989" to "B~" Do you have a solution to redefine the Bluetooth ID with the serial number?

The Bluetooth name and address of the glasses should not change. What you may be seeing ("B~") could be a display artifact or a truncation issue in your app rather than an actual change to the device's Bluetooth identity.

To verify the actual Bluetooth name and address of your glasses, I'd recommend using a dedicated BLE scanner app such as nRF Connect (available on Android and iOS). This will show you the raw advertisement data directly from the glasses.

Important: make sure the glasses are not connected to any device before scanning, as they will only be visible/advertisable when disconnected.

Thank you for your quick response. I installed the application and compared it with another engo glasses that still has its name and number. Here are the differences in nRF Connect

And glasse with "b~"

As you can see, my glasses have no name or serial number
Do you have a solution?

I check in the section connected services and devices information, I can see the name and serial number clearly, but only in the information; as soon as the glasses are detected, I don’t have a name.

Thanks for the screenshots, that's very helpful. The advertising name does appear to be missing, which is not expected behavior.
Could you send me a few more screenshots from nRF Connect to help us investigate further? Here are the steps:

1. Scan for devices

2. Tap on the glasses

3. Tap on "Raw"

Bonjour, j'ai télécharger l'application sur android et voici les différentes étapes que vous attendez.

The advertising name stored in the device's memory appears corrupted.

Sending the following command to the device should fix it: [0xff, 0x0b, 0x00, 0x05, 0xaa].
The fix will be applied after the device reboots.

and I restarted the glasses, here are the screens after the restart
