aw-watcher-window's exclude_title, exclude_titles config setting does not work for macOS

• I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate.

• OS name and version: MacOS Sequoia 15.4
• ActivityWatch version: v0.13.2

Describe the bug

The setting described in ActivityWatch/aw-watcher-window#99 does not work.

To Reproduce

1. Click on aw-qt system tray, click ‘Open config folder’
2. Open the aw-watcher-window/aw-watcher-window.toml with text editor.
3. Modified #exclude_title = false to exclude_title = true.
4. Quit ActivityWatch by clicking on aw-qt system tray, and clicking ‘Quit ActivityWatch’
5. Restart the app.
6. See that the newly logged activity still has window titles logged and recorded through the dashboard / timeline webUI.

Expected behavior

The newly logged activity has the window titles redacted,excluded.

Root cause identified and fix submitted.

The issue is that on macOS, the default swift strategy spawns a native binary subprocess that sends heartbeats directly to the ActivityWatch server, bypassing Python's filtering logic entirely. The exclude_title and exclude_titles settings only work in the Python heartbeat_loop path (used by the jxa and applescript strategies).

Fix: PR ActivityWatch/aw-watcher-window#120 — when exclude_title=true or exclude_titles is set, the watcher now detects this before starting and falls back to the jxa strategy with a log warning. This requires no Swift changes and keeps the fast swift path for users who don't need title exclusion.

Workaround until merged: Set strategy_macos = "jxa" in your aw-watcher-window.toml config.
