[Windows] Switch to use title instead of executable

It seems the watcher is using the executable name to display and I don't really understand where it takes the color.
It would be nice if the graph would use the window title - or at least color it according to the settings for the window title (consistent to the coloring in the activity tab)

The watcher reports both the window title and the app (executable name) as separate fields in each event:

The timeline view in aw-webui displays raw window events grouped by app name by default — that's why you see executable names. But the Activity view runs the events through the categorization engine, which matches against both app and title fields, applying your configured rules and colors.

For timeline-level grouping by title, you'd need the timeline to run events through canonicalEvents() with categorization enabled — which is now possible with the AFK filter toggle added in ActivityWatch/aw-webui#776. A similar approach could add category-based coloring to the timeline.

For now, the workaround is to use the Activity view (which already groups and colors by your category rules) rather than the raw Timeline view for title-based analysis.
