Nothing creates gtkada-env.sh or tells us where it should come from #63

In issue #61 I get an issue about this environment file not existing.

I have checked out commit 758ea0b where the reference to gtkada-env.sh was added, and nothing creates it in the repo:

Is this reference outdated and should be removed? Where does this come from? The INSTALL document only mentions this:

On Unix systems, you'll need to run the <prefix>/bin/gtkada-env.sh script
to setup your environment for Gtkada.

Does this mean we should create a file that we can source to setup environment variables and similar? Where can we find a reference?
