Normal maps not responding how I would expect #1

On the left is the standard shader (Unity 2017.2), on the right is your hair shader (1.1) with an albedo, normal map, occlusion map and metalness map applied. I have turned the anisotropy right down to make it easier to see, but the normal map is not coming through as I would expect it to (that is, like the normal map on the left).

Running on a GTX 1060 (so SM 5.0 support)
