Convert horizontal breaks to a centered #

Use-case: I have a piece of flash with fourteen “scenes” divided by a centered #. I want to keep the story in a single Markdown document but it’s not easy to center text, especially a #, in Markdown.

Use a horizontal breaks (---) and convert it to a centered # in the compiled manuscript.

It looks like I had already implemented it. A single stand-along # on a line will be converted to a scene break. I like the idea of using ---, though, so I'll add that in, and then document it.
