Can't make flashing work

I just bought a R36S and a Sandisk 128GB sd card. Im trying to flash this new card, but can't make it work. The original card is flashed with ArkOS 2.0 08232024. I've flashed the new card with ArkOS_R35S-R36S_v2.0_11072025_MultiPanel.img. If I try this right away, the console doesn't turn on. Switching the dtb and boot.ini files for the ones in the original sd card, it doesn't turn on either (and the card got hot). Switching only boot.ini or only rk3326-r35s-linux.dtb files doesn't work either. Switching the dtb files, boot.ini and image files for the ones for panel 5 or 6 make it turn on, show the ArkOS boot image, the blue led stays turned on, but then the screen got black, and waiting 15 minutes doesn't get the expansion of easyroms partition. Trying the files for panels 3 and 4, it doesn't turn on either. the screen identifier tool doesn't recognize the original dtb file. Don't know what else to do.
