Can't get "sneak 100" achievement

I cannot get sneak 100 achievement. Sneaking in sculk armor on every type of sculk block, and it doesn't work at all.
I looked up in files, and cant see handler in com/achievements, so I don't really know, what to do. It's either the description is misleading, the achievement is bugged, the achievement is blocked by some other mod, or the event handler for the achievement is not written, and therefore the achievement is unobtainable.

The detection for it is poor. The built in check forge has says it detects if the player is colliding with the block which is misleading as it only fires if you are in the block not on it or pushing against it. Hold shift and jump up and down over it or fall into it holding shift onto a Sculk Block and it will trigger.

I will see if I can alter the detection for the achievement for V1.5.

I spent about half an hour trying to work it out.
What worked for me: get somewhere high, don't have anything that could negate fall damage (getting high with any kind of flight, like thaumcraft thaumostatic harness or IC2 jetpack doesn't work too), jump on the sculk block. Get fall damage while sneaking.

What didn't work:
Be inside sculk block (push block or myself with a piston) and sneak
Be inside two sculk blocks (push both with a piston) and sneak
Sneak on sculk block and jump while sneaking

I have a mod called "Step up", which adds auto ascend while traversing 1 block high obstacles. It works with both mod and without it.

So: Needs fall damage on sculk block while sneaking.
