Prove Agent Constitution through one end-to-end production use case #10

Description

What

Prove the project through one concrete end-to-end production use case instead of expanding the generic framework surface first.

Motivation

The repo now has a clearer public story around document-driven decision review, but the strongest next step is not more abstraction. It is a concrete before/after demonstration in one real workflow.

Candidate use cases

  • deploy review with release checklist + rollback runbook + deploy brief
  • pricing exception review with finance memo + precedent guardrails + account context
  • governance gate on planner output in a real product or operations workflow

Scope

  • choose one production-adjacent use case
  • document the baseline workflow without Agent Constitution
  • show the same workflow with Agent Constitution added as a governance layer
  • capture what changed: recommendation quality, surfaced risks, missing context, or decision confidence
  • turn that into a durable public artifact such as a case study, demo, or benchmark-style example

Why this matters

The project does not need to claim it is the one correct answer. It becomes more compelling by contributing one deeply worked example that shows when this governance layer helps and how it changes the outcome.
