Could not find com.github.agorabuilder:rtm-sdk:1.5.3

I am using com.github.agorabuilder:rtm-sdk:1.5.3 RTM SDK in android.

Recently i upgrade the RTM SDK from 1.4.10 to 1.5.3 but it is not working & it shows error like below.

• Could not find com.github.agorabuilder:rtm-sdk:1.5.3.

[plutoless]

according to maven database the package is there https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/io.agora.rtm/rtm-sdk
so it more looks like a maven repository issue.
