Update the repository to add functionality for the Scottish Water API and dataset. We only have current data for Scottish Water, not any historical data.
In the bucket there is now a sub-directory "scottish/" in the downstream impact sub-folder. In the poopy package a new class ScottishWater has been added. Use this in the same way as all the other classes.
All repository read me's etc... must be updated as required too, for instance, the water company data table. Add a link to the Scottish Water API in the data source section to make it clear where it comes from:
