Dear Alexander,
Thank you for making this tool available.
I am looking to develop a pipeline for ecGEM construction, and I would be interested in using your tool to do kcat prediction.
However, I’ve found that running the model locally is quite resource-intensive and requires a specific environment setup, which makes integration challenging. I also noticed the web interface, but its lack of programmatic access makes it difficult to incorporate into an automated workflow.
Would it be possible to consider implementing a lightweight interface, such as a REST API to facilitate programmatic access to your kcat prediction tool? This would make the tool much more accessible and easier to incorporate into pipelines like mine.
I'd be happy to discuss further or help test such a feature if it’s something you’d consider.
Thank you again for your work and time!
Best regards,
Hugues
