Python wrapper for telescoped

These folks wrote a python wrapper for a 1m telescope that runs the same Talon/OCAAS system that Rigel users. It might be worth looking into.

I removed all the telescoped stuff, it seemed redundant. I'm talking direct to csimcd.

Do you think there is useful stuff in telescoped that we should use?

The mesh pointing solution would be really nice to use, but since we will probably never be operating the telescope remotely we can always do a manual recentering if needed.
