(Bug fixed) Accents and special characters on PT-BR ABNT and other keyboards

The code does not write accents like ^~´`... So words that contain áàâãéèêíìîôõ are completely invalid.

Feature Description

Words in Portuguese lose letters with accents
For example: Tênis = Tnis, Calça = Cala

And also do not write or change special characters
For example: "[" = " ", "~" = "^"

Unfortunately, the proposed solution does not work on Linux (Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS).
