enhancement: Add the possibility to offset X/Y resources graphic

Description

In asset there's a lot of graphic that can be use as resource. Though a lot of them doesn't really work since they use 2 tiles. Being able to offset them would be perfect so we can use those.

Intended Use-Case

Adding this would prevent the need to ripoff tileset to create extra .png file in the resources folder.
