Description

Even with reset range NPCs wander far beyond their reset range

Steps to Reproduce

Enable npc reset, set reset distance reasonably (12 tiles), place an NPC on an open map with a sight range and reset range set to move randomly.

Watch NPC for minimum 15 minutes and see it wander way further than it should

Expected: NPC stays within reset distance, or at the very least when it wanders outside it resets
