Rho Indi trade 3:2 extra #287
Description
If Rho Indi does a 3:2 trade in on an odd number of resources the should get one extra on the 2 side of the ratio. I think it will be easy during Build as the payment is enforced but not so much during upgrade. Might be a good time to enforce upgrade payments as well?
Either way the player should be given back the extra resource.
