Pip install is very slow on Raspberry Pi #14

If I remember correctly my last BeltEngine install took over an hour to build it's Python dependencies on the Pi.

Obviously this is not a problem if you are pre-building images in CI and then copying those to an SD card but even then you may need to update those Pi's without re-imaging them.

I'm not experienced in Python builds but is it possible to create an armhf binary that includes all BeltEngine's dependencies pre-compiled for the Pi?

I did a bit of googling and found py installer but I'm not experienced enough in Python to say if it's the correct approach to reducing the BeltEngine install times: https://pyinstaller.readthedocs.io/en/stable/usage.html
