Enhancement: Render endpoint

Create an endpoint that renders the HTML of a block as WordPress would do.

Two options that would both accomplish the customers' needs:

1. Receive a "renderedHTML" field as part of the current response
2. Or a specific endpoint where you pass a post and block ID and get rendered HTML back
