Riot Shield minion arm cannons dislocate sometimes

I saw this happen once while in the jungle temple. The positions of the hand cannons were disconnected and flying around strangely.
Additionally, this projectiles would spawn in weird places.

I haven't been able to recreate the bug, further info required.
