Product documentation errors or incomplete code

In your CallAutomation_OpenAI_Sample project product document reads: "Access to the Swagger UI at http://localhost:8080/swagger-ui.html
Try the GET /outboundCall to run the Sample Application". Why don't I see this api when I run the project? And with all the right profiles, I still can't get through.
