Describe the bug
I ran the command in PS

New-AzResourceGroupDeployment -ResourceGroupName "demoresourcegroup" -TemplateUri https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Azure/Azure-Network-Security/master/Lab%20Templates/Lab%20Template%20-%20NetSec%20Demo%20Lab-Standard/AzNetSecdeploy.json -DiagnosticsWorkspaceName "TestWorkspaceSierac" -DiagnosticsWorkspaceSubscription "123456789-sier-aaaa-xxxx-b826eef6c592" -DiagnosticsWorkspaceResourceGroup "TestResourceGroup" -DDOSProtectionConfiguration $true

and got the following error

New-AzResourceGroupDeployment: 12:15:59 - Error: Code=MarketplacePurchaseEligibilityFailed; Message=Marketplace purchase eligibilty check returned errors. See inner errors for details.
