Bug in az deployment sub create

az feedback auto-generates most of the information requested below, as of CLI version 2.0.62

Describe the bug
Right now you change the Web app bot to Azure bot, BUT in all documentation you're have the old azure cli command which doesn't work. Right now there is no way do deploy c# azure bot using SDK.

PLEASE, update documentation!
