I think it would be helpful to fix this issue and may prevent accidental deletes.

Consider a case where a user may introduce a bug in a script where a group variable could be empty, and azure cli seems to pick one at random to delete.

It would also be helpful to indicate what will be deleted in the prompt. In az cli version 2.50.0 the prompt does not indicate which RG will be deleted.
