Can't install on Fedora 35 cloud image.

Describe the bug
I have followed installation instruction on Fedora 35 cloud image. Instruction from here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cli/azure/install-azure-cli-linux?pivots=dnf

The outcome was:

Error: Transaction test error:
  file /usr/bin/jsondiff from install of python3-jsondiff-1.3.0-2.fc35.noarch conflicts with file from package python3-jsonpatch-1.21-17.fc35.noarch

As mentioned ^^

Expected behavior
I would love to see az cli install without any issue

Environment summary
Clean cloud image on vagrant from https://app.vagrantup.com/fedora/boxes/35-cloud-base no customization, nothing changed.

I can't repro this problem on a fedora:35 docker image:

This could be related to BZ 2029805. We got that fixed up back in December 2021, but the change might not have made it into the Vagrant image.
