az image copy Copied Gen2 Image to a Gen1 Image and made VM unable to boot

Hi there,

There is an issue with az image copy that it copied image that was Gen2, to another region, when image copied over to the target region, it became Gen1, it can be reproduced anytime.
Please help to resolve the issue.
