Azure CLI output table is not fixed width

Describe the bug
Using the output option table, leads to a messy table with no clear format:

To Reproduce
az storage blob list -o table --num-results 100000 > response_tab70.txt

Expected behavior
A fixed width table

For better format to export, you can use az storage blob list -o tsv > response.csv to directly store in excel table
