Reference "permission add" from "permission grant"

Please make it clear under the "permission grant" reference that it's required to first call "permission add". I didn't know that and spent a while debugging an error with calling grant first.

Update: I originally asked for the "permission grant" reference to list the Microsoft Graph API Id. However, I now see that the Microsoft Graph API ID is shown under 'az ad app permission add'. I hadn't realized that "add" was necessary before "grant". I've changed this request to ask for there to be a reference from grant back to add.
