Missing information on zip file content

Describe the bug

This page is missing information on the content of the zip file. It will be really helpful if a link is provided as to the contents of the zip file or even a sample template of the source zip file can be provided. I tried zipping at a folder level but it failed and then I realized it has to be zipped at the next level.
