Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's possible to update the flag with az devops service-endpoint update --enable-for-all. But I don't see how I can see whether it's set or not. In fact I want to list all service-endpoints with this flag set as I see this as a potential security issue.

I just want the flag as an extra attribute in the returned result.
