Python has stopped working

Describe the bug

OS: Windows

When running the command, a window will pop up saying "Python has stopped working". After closing that window, the command fails.

Errors

A window says "Python has stopped working" pops up, whenever the C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Azure\CLI2\python.exe is invoked, either directly in PowerShell or via az-cli.

I have narrowed the issue down to this command

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Azure\CLI2\python.exe

This Python executable won't work, if I try to open it, the window "Python has stopped working" would pop up, failing the command.
