Describe the bug

I randomly get this error message:

DefaultAzureCredential failed to retrieve a token from the included credentials. Attempted credentials: EnvironmentCredential: EnvironmentCredential authentication unavailable. Environment variables are not fully configured.

When I do the az login command, I can authenticate fine for about 24 hours, then this error starts popping up again until i reauthenticate.

Possible solution (Extracted from existing issue, might be incorrect; please verify carefully)

Azure CLI started to use MSAL since 2.30.0. MSAL-based Azure CLI cannot interact with ADAL's token cache. ADAL-based Azure CLI is no longer supported. Please update to the latest Azure CLI. Also, according to the error message: 'AADSTS70043: The refresh token has expired or is invalid due to sign-in frequency checks by conditional access.' The refresh token was retrieved nearly 3 months ago. If you have to use ADAL-based Azure CLI, please run az login again with ADAL-based Azure CLI.
