I ran Send-Feedback, which prompted me to open https://aka.ms/azpssurvey?Q_CHL=FEEDBACK, which I did, but then got a page saying the survey was inactive.
Either the survey should be re-activated or the Send-Feedback command should be updated to reflect newer expectations.
