Deliver production-ready BCDR automation, DR runbooks, and documentation for Azure Local cluster workloads.

Scope Boundaries

• Azure Site Recovery for Azure Local VMs
• Azure Backup for VMs, SQL, and file shares
• Stretch cluster cross-site failover
• DR drill automation and RTO measurement
• Out of scope: cloud-only disaster recovery, application-level BCDR

Hard Close Gate

1. IaC templates tested and merged to main
