Scope Boundaries

• Azure IoT Operations stack deployment on Azure Local
• MQTT broker, dataflows, and edge runtime
• Arc-enabled device management and OPC-UA integration
• Cloud connector integration (Event Hubs, ADX)
• Out of scope: cloud-only IoT Hub, Azure IoT Central

Hard Close Gate

1. IaC templates tested and merged to main
2. CI/CD pipelines passing

4. Documentation published
