Allow support of Non Linear Load Cases

#### Description:
Project Teams in London Structures request to have the support for pushing and pulling non linear load cases via Excel.
Projects rely on preset Excel spreadsheets with all load combinations and load cases to be pushed to all models of the project. Currently only linear load cases can be pushed.
