/search returns 500 error for new visitors due to Symfony session bug #93
Description
The /search page at openpip.usask.ca/search returns a 500 Internal Server Error for any visitor without an existing session cookie. I have tried this in multiple browsers and different profiles.
Error: RuntimeException - "Failed to start the session because headers have already been sent by SearchController.php at line 1227"
Tested March 2026 across Chrome fresh profile, Brave, and Edge. Visitors with cached sessions can access the page normally, but the new users seems to see the crash.
