There are some tests that sporadically fail

**Describe the bug**
Pretty straight-forward... Some of the tests, potentially related to damage, fail sporadically

**To Reproduce**
I'm honestly not sure yet due to the sporadic nature

**Expected behavior**
All tests pass _**always**_

**Additional context**
I've seen this happen in PR merges and it went away when re-running the job. Maybe the random generator?
